What to wear: Appropriate workout clothes.
Shorts/Leggings, T-shirts & Gym Shoes.
What to bring: Sunscreen, Lots of water & a sack lunch/snack. There won't be a "Dinner Break" but students will be given breaks throughout practice to eat. Examples: Sandwiches, lunchables, fruit, chips etc. Nothing that needs to be heated.
What to expect during practice:
- Practice will begin with 1 hour of workout
- 2 hours of Dance
- 2 hours of Flag
- 1 hour of Sabre, Rifle or additional Flag
